Unemployed husband, plays video games all day, we have 6 week old son....what do I do?

Background check has caused him to lose EVERY job he applies for! Our parent's paid our bills last two months, the sheriff even came when we got evicted (they came at 10AM-to move us out by noon) my dad paid all the rent. Nothing has changed. I've been looking for job 3weeks after having my son, we are about to get evicted again!! He does NOTHING!! Plays video games, got his mommy to switch our phone service to hers just to get the damn bill paid, (and had the nerve to ***** about how she behaved while taking him to get a new phone). He plays games all day, and only comes in the house for break? shouldn't a break be used to play a game/relax/have a cig, etc.., not vice versa???? Help!!! I cannot get through to this man (err..boy) He makes me feel like I should do everything since his background limits his abillity to get the jobs he wants...to me thats a BAD excuse. It's not my fault he screwed up in his 20's
