Do you believe a 13 year old teen has the right to refuse medical treatment, with parental consent?

OMG! i totally just read that story. im not sure but i think your parents make the medical decision for you untill your 18. but again im not sure. if i was the teenager i would be hurt. if it was my child and i had a chance to save him i would. but thats just me.
