UNC Admissions- I don't understand?

I have been waiting to hear a decision from UNC Chapel Hill like two weeks now. On my portal they said that my admissions decision was not available yet even though they had posted other people's decisions by March 21. Now today they said that my application has been withdrawn. I turned everything in and when I called weeks earlier they said they had everything. What could be the reason why they withdrew my application?
