I am trying to lose weight, and I am just starting the five meal plan. Can you guys who are also in this regiment help me out on the kinds of foods you guys eat? For example, today I had coffee and cornbread, then a banana, then a sandwich, then a yogurt, then some fish and vegetables. Am I doing the right approach in terms of caloric intake and are the foods I am eating pretty well portioned for five meals? I just want other examples so I am not eating the same foods everyday. Thanks!
