What is this movie called?

This girl goes into a coma and she becomes a ghost. Then this guy is the only who could hear and see her and i guess he falls in love with her. The doctors were going to pull the plug so he goes and steals her body but then she wakes up and doesn't remember the guy until he's at her house i think.
