My sonogram yesterday?

Well I had my sonogram yesterday. Im measuring at 8 weeks 7 days (today) and by my LMP I would be 8 weeks 3 days so not too far off. The baby had a heartbeat; however, the tech said to discuss the results wit my doc..does that mean theres something wrong? I called the doc just now and she said if they hadnt called her that means everything is okay not to worry about it....I dont know I guess am just being paranoid but every lil pain or stretch that I get has me jumping right now lol I guess its because am so happy about this baby I dont want him/her to go anywhere.
