How is this excerpt from my story?

Just as Muzah said that, we heard a noise like clanking metal and voices. I turned to see ten green and brown, ugly figures coming towards us. Ange gasped and grabbed my arm. She has a habbit of doing that when she’s scared, but it usually ends up with me getting a bruised arm. The creatures were about seventy yards away, but I don’t think they saw us. They had smashed in noses, scary eyes of different colors, and some had long arms with big claws. They ranged from Muzah’s height to about three feet tall. They all had plates, helmets and swords. And the creatures were all talking in mean, raspy voices, swearing, snickering and cracking crude jokes. “Oh no. It’s a troop of orcs”, Muzah said, worried. “I could defeat them, but they’d alert more.” Muzah took one last look at the orcs. “Get inside the ring of trees. Hurry!” We rushed into the hexagon or whatever it’s called. The prince grabbed the scroll that I forgot I’d been holding and unrolled it. He read a sentince so fast that it sounded like another language. Maybe it was. Then he shoved the paper at me. “You two read this. Hurry!” The orcs were getting closer! I held the scroll so we could both see it. At first there were just strange markings, but then the marks changed to English before my eyes. At the same time, Ange and I read what it said. “I wish in the name of Ira, Marvo, Morgan, Merlin, and all the other great magicians, to go to The Otherworld.” Suddenly everything outside of the five trees grew blurry. I heard an orc shout before the sudden wind drowned out all the other noises. Ange and I backed up until our backs bumped Muzah, who seemed calm. I saw the worry in Ange’s eyes. Then the five trees started spinning around us, faster and faster and faster, until all I could see was a blur of colors. There was a bright flash of light, then the trees gradually slowed down until they stopped completely. “Whoah”, Ange and I said at the same time. And whoah was right. I looked around in awe. We were not in the woods we had been in a minute ago. “Welcome to The Otherworld”, Muzah said. “Do you like it?” “It’s beautiful”, Ange said. I didn’t answer. I fainted.
