Do cats attract skunks onto your property?

If you put food out for your cats, then yes - it will attract skunks, raccoons, and other critters. The fact that a cat is outdoors won't attract a skunk, but the food will. Regardless, if your landlord says no outdoor cats, then that means no outdoor cats. Period.
