34 Weeks Pregnant & Not Eating?

Don't worry to much about not eating, the fact is that a baby is a "parasite"! I don't mean that the way it sounds, I simply mean that a baby will suck every last nutrient from your body before any harm will come to it. Consider all the women in 3rd world countries that carry babies to term with no medical care and little to no food, these babies are born healthy, and it is illnesses which they contract later in life (such as malaria) that bring them harm. Try to eat what you can when you can. If that means a couple pieces of fruit and a gl of milk throughout the day, that is still better than nothing. I am 29 weeks pregnant and frequently loose my appetite too! I just eat as much as my body lets me whenever my body lets me. Sometimes that means that I am eating a VERY tiny amount 10 or more times a day. If you are able to handle liquids, than get your nutrients from fruit juice, veggie juice and milk. I will sometimes drink meal supplement drinks (just make sure they are NOT diet drinks) to ensure my body is getting what it needs. Good Luck!
