Would You Trade David Ortiz and Evan Longoria for Matt Holliday?

A manager has offered me this deal. I have Prince Fielder and Conor Jackson as my other firstbaseman and Mike Lowell to play third. Also, he might throw in Cueto along with Holliday too. What do you think?
