What do you think are my chances of moving to france to emigrate?

I have �15,000 with my wife and 2 babies and plan to rent a place. I have a year to find work before the money runs out! what are my chances of success? I plan to start up my own business which I have here in the UK but I will need work asap to start paying the rent and not use our savings. I am learning the language.
