Trying to get my 9 yr old brother in a NPHC program frat for kids? Do you know of any in the bay area?

I want my brother to gain some experience in education and also network with other african american males his age. My uncle is in Iota Phi Theta but I have yet to ask him if his fraternity may have some programs for kids my brother's age. Does anyone know of any young adult programs my brother can be a part of in the Bay Area, CA? Also, I would like to weigh my options. What other NPHC fraternities have youth programs?
