Should Nazim Richardson become an adviser of how to wrap Boxers fists?

I mean first he caught Tito's trainer putting too much tape and stuff on his fist then he caught MargaCheato cheating with the hand wraps. Should boxing athletic commissioners get this guy as a hand wrap specialist or something.
