I think you might have a REALLY bad urinary tract infection, or a REALLY bad yeast infection, you need to go see your doctor asap!!! i know it seems scary, but its something that you need to have done!! what the doctor will do is insert a speculam inside of you and open it up a little bit, and test cultures from your cervix and your l walls, it doesnt hurt, it just feels like pressure, the only way i can describe it, how it feels for me, is it makes me feel like i have to fart lol i know it sounds gross, but thats it, it doesnt hurt and its nothing to be afraid of! i promise you. When i was growing up, i had no mother to turn to for help also, she was always more interested in doing her drugs than taking care of me, when i started my first period i diddnt know who to talk to, and i know its embaring to ask your friends parents for help, but its the best thing to do, call them if your to embarrased to talk to them face to face, ask them for help, or ask a teacher at school... anyone that you are comfortable with, have your friends with you if that makes you feel better, but you need to get it done before it causes serious damage
