Please help..does anyone know what the buring is that I have all time in my nose, ears ,eyes,throat and lungs?

I have seen every doctor under the sun and not one of them have the answers. I have lots of symptoms for hypothyroidism but all tests are normal. The doctor said that my blood test did come back saying that my blood has lots of antibodies in it, so he put me on synthroid 10days ago just to see if this is the answer but still nothing, I have lots of other symptoms and they all come and go, Then for about a month I will feel great, I get up early and get caught up with everything that I let go, then after a month it all comes back again and I can't do anything again, When I Sleep, I have a real hard time getting up my whole face burns so bad and I can't get my eys open, I have no energy , All my glands hurt and my kidneys hurt so much I have to put the heating pad on my lower back the pain comes through to my stomach and then it seems like it swells up. I have burning in my lungs and short of breath my throat feel like it is real tight when I drink water or cold things.
