I want to make a little black dress?

i just cant find the kind of little black dress i wanna wear.i would like something cly, no puff sleeves, but my underarms are much darker compared to my skin so i want to avoid sleeveless or straps. i cant show as im not comfortable. i want it to be knee length, not higher or lower. i want no skin show at the back either. im confused about the neck-should it be a round, or a v or a boat etc. im curvy and have a little tummy. i have an indian complexion. also, what materials should i use, in case i ultimately get it done by a tailor?
