feeding vs. formula?

I'm expecting a little girl in 14 weeks and I'm starting to think about what I should do as far as feedings are concerned. I think I owe it to my baby to attempt feeding but I don't want to set myself up for failure.I know is best and I am willing to try but I'm going to be a senior this year and although I'm switching to a school with a daycare I can't just walk out of a cl to nurse my baby. I know that there is the option of pumping and feeding through a bottle but is it okay to want to use formula too? I've been watching these shows lately like "Bringing home Baby" and such and these poor women get so upset that their baby's won't latch on to their and I don't want to put myself through that. It's okay to plan to use formula right?
