Does anyone know how to make the stuffed meatloaf from Johnny's Italian Steakhouse?
I have asked this question before but was not satisfied with my responses. Instead I got questions about where I live and told that it is made jelly roll style, I've ate it I know. So here we go. I live an hour away from Johnny's Italian Steak House. I love there stuffed meatloaf. It is stuffed with ricotta cheese, spinach, and chopped mushrooms and served with rosemary gravy and garlic mashed potatoes. And yes it is rolled up like a jelly roll. I guess what i need to know is do they use crackers, oat meal, bread crumbs, or something else. How many eggs and what is used as the substitute for the tomato juice. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
